Great food and great service. Never had a bad meal here and love that they deliver. The owners are very nice. Food is the lighter side of normal Chinese fare but more flavor, less breading and starch in the sauce. Tied #1 choice for Chinese in Trip Cities.

Very good food and staff very attentive. Very reasonable prices. We got so much food we only could eat half and brought the rest home. Great!

I love this place. The owners are so wonderful to welcome you. They offer gluten free options, just let them know when ordering. The service is friendly and warm. The food is always fresh, hot and full of great flavor. They offer delivery to your home or office .

Excellent food, great service and special made my husband's kung pao chicken and cousins gluten free items.

Food was cold. Driver was 45 minutes late and was cooked in stale oi. I would not recommend this restaurant.

Little pricey for us, but definitely worth it! We've been looking for a better place to order delivery (to Richland at that) and we've found it. Food was hot, fresh, and delicious! Ingredients were fresh as well as the food cooked fresh. Only complaint is they didn't give a time frame for when it would get to us and when calling they didn't say the restaurant name so I had to make sure I dialed correctly. Ordered online with ease.

Service is good and the staff is friendly. They also are willing to work with you to get healthy options for vegans as well!

Salmon appetizer would be a hard no for me next time. Szechuan shrimp and shrimp in garlic sauce was really good. The reason for 3 stars given was for the delivery time... were told 45 min and actual time that we got our food was almost 2 hours.

Amazing restaurant. First time here I thought they must have food sitting under heat lamps waiting for customers, it came out that fast. Of course it was fresh out of a 800°wok and delicious! The spring rolls were light and perfectly cooked. Crispy-crunchy snap as you bit into it. Food was well seasoned and proportions were exceptional. This is a sure thing spot and one I love to bring friends/family to show off what the tri-cities has to offer. Family run operation with mom out front greeting (children will jump in to help as more people show up, but can usually be found doing homework at one of the booths) dad is in the kitchen whipping up delicious creations. All in all, great place for a quick lunch break or sitting and relaxing while enjoying a great meal at a leisurely pace. Only thing I have not done is come for anything other than lunch. Will have to bring the Mrs. for a dinner date someday..

sweet n sour chicken was really good n hot good spring rolls rice tasted not fresh n in a bowl shape like they just crammed it into a bowl then literally flipped it over on ur plate n served it to u other than the rice it was good

The Golden Wok has the best Chinese food in the Tri Cities. The atmosphere is enjoyable and the environment very clean. Very friendly staff too.

We’ve ordered from here twice since all this pandemic stuff started and we REALLY like the food!! We’ve tried something new each time and none of us have been disappointed! The portion sizes are very generous and leftovers are just as yummy!! Ordering through the website is very easy & having it delivered right to our door is slick!

Best place for Chinese food in the Tri-Cities. Great service, yummy food. Appetizers are bogo half price. Portions are huge. Enough to share. The soup is fresh. They deliver. They are closed on Mondays.

We love Chinese food. If we want a Chinese dinner, we choose the Golden Wok. Lunch hour is best at the Golden Wok. In and out - in 60 minutes. Good for business lunches. Loads of delicious food. Friendly peaceful atmosphere. Watch the schedule and hours. At times, the restaurant ,may be closed on Monday. I am confident you will enjoy the Golden Wok.

Clean, nice service, good meal.

I have been here several times. First time you could tell they hadn't figured everything out quite yet. After a couple weeks however, everything is great. Every menu item I have tried has not disappointed. Egg drop soup is thick and delicious.

Very good Chinese food

I am a truck driver , I decided to give these guys a try while a long wait to get loaded up at preferred freezer . It is 23 degrees out so perfect weather for hot soup . I ordered won ton soup and hunan shrimp and scallops . They delivered about 7 miles away that in itself is way cool , the staff was friendly and helpful taking my order , the delivery guy was cool , and the food blew my mind . This place makes delicious food . My hunan meal was hot , the veggies tasted fresh , and their was a nice amount of shrimp and scallops . This is the best won ton soup I ever had , the broth is rich and deliciius , the won tons dough is thick and amazing , they give you a lot , and it was nice and hot . I ordered a 2 liter root beer and asked for a cup of ice , which they brought out for me . This place is a gem , I'd definitely order from them again without hesitation , and I highly recommend trying this place to anyone looking for a delicious hot meal .
